The Book Fair was a success, thanks to parents, grandparents, students and faculty! We always like seeing books in the hands of students, but we always have a side challenge, to raise money to buy books for the classrooms. This challenge was Silly String the Principal! We had a box for each of the three principals, Mrs. Liles, Mrs. McClendon, and Mrs. Walker. The box that had the most
money in it was “THE WINNER.”
Boston Market 2022
Welcome to Colonial Boston! The Boston Market is a long time Brandon tradition for the 5th grade GT students. First they have a drawing to see what profession from the 1700s they will study. Once they find out if they are a blacksmith or a fur trader, or any number of professions, they immersed themselves in learning all about it, and transporting back to the past.

Some students had never done anything like this before, and boy, it takes a lot of courage! Congratulations to all who tried out!
