Students in Mrs. Hankins' third grade class have been discussing recycling and ways to help our planet. They decided to make a bird feeder for the spring out of recycled toilet tissue rolls, peanut butter and bird seed.

A few third grade students were spotted reading in the hallway. Great job, Beavers!

Students in Mrs. Hankins' class practiced their Language Arts skills with an egg hunt. They had to find the correct prefix or suffix that worked with the base word.  

Students who met their AR goal for the third nine weeks were rewarded.

Mrs. Draper's third grade classes celebrated TWOsday by having a fun photoshoot with props and a cute background.

Student in Mrs. Hankins third grade class presented their projects on various animals and their habitats. 

Students and staff celebrated 2/22/22 by wearing tutus, ties and tiaras.

Third graders got a special visit from Southwest Dairy Farmers today.

Teachers decorated their doors featuring an invention created by an African American. 

Last week was National School Counselor's week. We have the best counselor at Brookhollow and appreciate her so much! Thank you for everything you do for us, Mrs. Cordova.

Students in Mrs. Hankins' third grade class created projects to help them identify planets in Earth's solar system and their position in relation to the sun. The projects were all completed at home with a shoe box and other easy to find materials around their home.

Brookhollow students are having fun on our winter break half day. We will see all students back on January 5th, 2022!
