“I am entering my 19th year of coaching. I coached 3 years at Diboll and have been in Lufkin for 16 years. I graduated from Lufkin High School in 2002 and attended and played soccer at Lon Morris College and West Texas A&M University. I have been married to my wife, Marlene, who is also a teacher, for the last 19 years. I am the proud dad of two daughters. Camila Jewel Caldera, who will be going to the 11th grade at Lufkin High, and Ximena Grace Caldera, who is going to the 3rd grade at Slack Elementary. With years of playing and coaching, I balance strategy and encouragement to help athletes reach their full potential.”
