“Jeremy Walden is the Head Performance Coach at Lufkin High School, with a well-rounded background in coaching, military service, and athletic performance. He began coaching in Virginia before serving as a combat medic and Master Fitness Trainer in the military. After his service, he pursued strength and conditioning through Liberty University and an internship at UTSA. He later became one of the first full-time high school strength coaches in San Antonio, helping lead teams to two state championships. Jeremy is known for his disciplined, athlete-focused approach to performance development.“
