Students wishing to return to the LHS campus for face-to-face learning, from virtual learning, should complete this form.

Returning students will need to report to the Counseling Center on the morning they return.
Friday, October 23rd is the end of the first nine weeks. The second nine week grading period runs from October 26th through January 15th.
