Physicals will be on May 9th at 3pm for incoming 11th grade student athletes, and those who are new to the district. Please make sure you come by S128 to pick up a physical form! Please make sure the medical history portion is completed before May 9th! If it is not completed, you will not be able to complete the physical portion.
