Grandparent’s Day will be celebrated on Friday, September 9th. We’ll have some fun activities for our grandparents to enjoy with their grandchild(ren). Check your child’s backpack for information specific to his/her grade level.

Today is Speech Pathologist’s Day and we have the best ever …… Mrs. Jamie, we love you!!

All Lufkin ISD Schools will be closed Friday, April 15th and Monday, April 18th in observance of Easter.

Herty Primary enjoyed a night of families and fun at Spring Fling 2022. Kids played games, had faces and hair painted, played with their friends and ate concession stand food. It was a great evening …. the weather was just right and a good time had by all.

Monday, February 21, 2022, is a student holiday. LISD staff has professional development on this day.

Herty administrators surprised staff with some Valentines Day goodies. We enjoyed cupcakes, macarons and a candy bar. Yum!!!!
