Crystal Santander, paraprofessional at Brandon, received the Shining Star Award today at Region VII’s EB Conference 2024. The Shining Star Award is for paraprofessionals and support staff who provide distinguished service to EB students and their families by building relationships with those they serve, motivating students to excel through encouragement and high expectations, and collaborating with teachers to differentiate lessons and content to meet student needs.
