Congratulations to the Trout second graders who won the MLK poster contest!

Trout Star Students for the 2nd nine weeks. Students had fun on a field trip to the Texas Forestry Museum.
Students were rewarded for doing the “Trout Way” everyday!!

Our 2nd Grade UIL students all did so well at competition! Their work effort and behavior were exceptional! The music memory team, coached by Mrs. Moats, placed 2nd with two students having perfect scores!
Zhion Noble, coached by Mrs. Bentley and Mrs. Hamilton, placed 1st in storytelling. Way to go kids!

dd’s Discounts has donated more than $5,500 in the past three years for Trout Primary students to have new books.

Trout will have a mini contest for November/December. The class with the most Box Tops will receive a Dance Party!! Box Tops due December 14th.

Thank you to our Grandparents and Special Friends for participating in the Grandparents Day activities. The students had a great time!

Trout students got off to a great start with the help of Teachers, Staff, and our Community Leaders. Students were greeted as recieved the “red carpet” treatment!

Nation School Counseling Week is celebrated from February 5 – 9, 2018. We appreciate all that our counselors do!

Trout students celebrated the 100th day of school on February 1st. The students made cool 100th day shirts and hats!

We are so proud of our UIL students and coaches. They worked so hard and did a great job!

Santa visits Trout! Santa read stories to the Kindergarten classes while they enjoyed milk and cookies. Mrs. Nerren gave out fun books to all the students. All the little good boys and girls enjoyed fun activities in their classrooms!

Sebastian Storment, a nd grader with type 1 diabetes releases a blue balloon to raise awareness for diabetes. His second grade classmates counted down to the release of blue balloons on Tuesday afternoon.

Trout Roadrunners say “thank you” to all our Veterans!

Friends, family members and Trout Primary staff gathered on the playground at Trout Primary on a beautiful Friday afternoon to remember a dearly loved teacher, the late Cathy Bradley Carr.
