World Kindness Day!
World Kindness Day – November 13th. Trout students and staff commemorated World Kindness day by wearing a cardigan as Mister Rodgers always wore. He wanted everyone to spread kindness to one another.

MLK Poster Contest Winners
Congratulations to the Trout second graders who won the MLK poster contest!
Trout Star Students
Trout Star Students for the 2nd nine weeks. Students had fun on a field trip to the Texas Forestry Museum.
Students were rewarded for doing the “Trout Way” everyday!!
UIL Competition Winners
Our 2nd Grade UIL students all did so well at competition! Their work effort and behavior were exceptional! The music memory team, coached by Mrs. Moats, placed 2nd with two students having perfect scores!
Zhion Noble, coached by Mrs. Bentley and Mrs. Hamilton, placed 1st in storytelling. Way to go kids!
