Members of Lufkin High School’s Panther Band, including juniors Yamileth Gonzalez and Kelsey Garcia, return to school today after the band earned state championship medals at the Texas UIL’s 2023 State Military Marching Championship in Baylor University’s McLane Stadium on Tuesday. Cheerleaders and Panther Pride drill team members helped welcome the band students back to campus after their bus ride from Waco this morning.
