Dates:
- April 29th – 30th: AC will be on campus for students planning to attend AC, schedules will be developed with AC advisors and students will visit with financial aid. Interested students should visit the Go Center as soon as possible.
- May 4th: Balfour will be in the LHS foyer during all four lunches for cap and gown pick up.
- May 11th: {Sign}ing Day @ 1:00 p.m. This event is to celebrate all LHS seniors who have solidified post-secondary plans. Seniors should turn in the school, program or military branch they have been accepted into, to Mrs. Rodriguez in the Go Center this week (4/26 – 4/30).
- May 11th: Graduation Meeting immediately following {Sign}ing day in the LHS cafeteria
- May 12th: Alumni Scholarship Meeting: Students will be notified by alumni prior to meeting. Details will be provided when notifications go out.
- May 13th: Final Exams for Seniors Only – 3rd, 4th and 5th Periods (Seniors must attend all class periods today.)
- May 14th: LAST CLASS DAY FOR SENIORS – Final Exams for Seniors Only – 1st and 2nd Periods (Seniors will not attend 3rd, 4th or 5th periods on Friday.)
- May 17th: TSI Testing for Seniors ONLY – 8am – Register in the Counseling Center or the Go Center
- May 17th: Scholarship Night at 6:30 p.m. inside Tom Jack Lucas Auditorium at LHS (4 tickets per participating senior)
- May 20th: Mandatory Graduation Practice, 9am at Abe Martin Stadium – Guest Update: There is no limit on the number of guests per graduate and tickets will not be distributed/needed (revised 5/6/21). Honor cords will be available for purchase to qualifying students, for $15 during graduation practice. Summa Cum Laude graduates will also be announced and receive medals during this time.
- May 21st: Graduation Ceremony – 8pm, Abe Martin Stadium (If there is inclement weather, the graduation ceremony will move to the George H. Henderson Expo Center. Students and parents will be notified of any change via Remind, student Gmail and LHS webpage posting.) See detailed information on how to order graduation photos at the bottom of this post.
