Lufkin High School’s varsity boys golf team won the Bullard Classic at Emerald Bay Country Club on Monday with a team score of 309, for their second tournament victory in a row.
Panthers junior Ian Bostwick finished second individually with a 75, and senior Sammy Henson finished fourth with a 76. Other LHS participants included Sloan Moss, JB McLeod, KJ Kruithof, Carson Cates, Garrett Thomas, Dyllon Griffith, KP Mathis and Luke Riggs.
The team will host its annual Lufkin Panther Invitational on Nov. 20-21 at Crown Colony Country Club.
