The Lufkin High School boys cross country team completed its run at the Texas UIL Cross Country State Championship in Round Rock on Saturday, November 3rd. This was the first appearance back at the state meet since the 1995 team.
Senior Isaiah DeJesus finished the 5K course in 16 minutes, 30.66 seconds, earning 43rd place out of 150 finishers. Lufkin also finished 16th as a team!
