Randi Jackson, 10th grade student at Lufkin High School, competed at the Texas Public Service Association’s 2017-2018 Criminal Justice Competition in the male and female “Law Enforcement: Foot Pursuit” event. She ranked 2nd place out of 38 other male and female individual competitors. Jackson will advance to the Texas Public Service Association’s State Competition on March 23 in Houston.

Other students who competed at TPSA from Lufkin High School are (from left) Ethan Campbell 11th grade, Sean Rowin 12th grade, Jekalyn Moultrie 11th grade, and Kayla Barrera 10th grade. This team competed in the SKILLS USA regional competition for “Law Enforcement: Building Search” against 19 other teams. The team placed 3rd overall.
