Important Policy Notes:
- Reset every nine weeks.
- Parent/guardian will be contacted with each tardy via Remind.
- Tardies will be addressed daily, with a consequence for each tardy after five warnings.
- Any assigned tardy detention must be served within three days. Failure to complete the assigned detention after three days results in a Friday night detention or Saturday School. If neither detention is served, the student will be placed in ISS and receive a skyward referral.
- 1st – 4th Tardy = Warning
- 5th Tardy = Warning (Parent contacted via phone call to discuss tardy policy/consequences)
- 6th – 10th Tardy = 1 day of AM or PM Detention per tardy
- 10th Tardy = Discipline Step Referral (Parent contacted via phone call)
- 11th – 15th Tardy = 1 day of AM or PM Detention
- 15th Tardy = Discipline Step Referral (Parent contacted via phone call)
- 16th – 20th Tardy = 1 day of AM or PM Detention
- 20th Tardy = Discipline Step Referral (Parent contacted via phone call)
- 21st – 25th Tardy = 1 day of AM or PM Detention
- 25th Tardy = Discipline Step Referral (Parent contacted via phone call)
- Continued tardies beyond 25 will continue with 1 day of AM or PM Detention per tardy, with a Discipline Step every 5 tardies. The parent will be contacted via phone call, with each discipline step.
