Congratulations to Coach Hunter Russell and Lufkin High School Junior, Kristompher Murphy, who placed 5th at Regionals, and Freshman, Reynold Guadarrama, 17th, earning them each a spot at the State Cross Country Meet.
Kris finished 32nd, and Rey 67th, respectively, out of 152 runners at the State Class 5A Cross Country Championship Meet in Old Settlers Park in Round Rock. This is Kristopher’s second year in a row to run at the state meet, and Reynold was the second-fastest freshman in the race. We look forward to cheering them on again next year! #PackStrong #LHSrising
