SAT School Day
ATTENTIONS SENIORS!!!!
- Lufkin High School will offer the School Day SAT to SENIORS ONLY on Wednesday, October 13.
- The exam is free for seniors who did not participate in SAT School Day in March as a junior.
- The cost is $36 for seniors who did participate in SAT School Day as a junior and want to retake it.
- See Mrs. Guzman in the testing office A107 to register.
- The deadline to register is Wednesday, September 8.
- Any quarantined student should email kguzman@lufkinisd.org or call 936.633.6520 to indicate their intention to register.
PSAT
- PSAT will be held at Lufkin High School on Tuesday, October 26.
- Sophomores will be automatically registered to take the PSAT.
- Additionally, any freshman or junior that would like to take the PSAT can pick up a registration form in the front office, ECHS office, Gear UP office or the Counseling Center and return the form to Mrs. Guzman in A107.
- For 11th graders, this is the qualifying test for National Merit Scholarships. The cost of PSAT is $20. There are a limited number of fee waivers for 11th graders who qualify.
- For 9th graders who register, fees will be paid by Gear UP.
- The deadline to register is Wednesday, September 8th. Payment must be made at the time of registration with cash or money order.
